TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 23, 2016 — Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) will move forward with the sale of its heavy construction business and part of its engineering business to Haskell, GovCon Wire reported March 16.
Leidos said March 16 the deal is scheduled to close within the second quarter and works to support the company’s efforts to streamline its engineering portfolio.
