Feldhausen is an Air Force veteran and was previously a director at Lockheed Martin.
At Chenega Corp., Jody Tedesco will lead a new IT services and solutions business unit and Andrew Gallegos will be the COO.
The two new appointees most recently served as lead executives at NJVC.

Colin Powell, retired four-star U.S. Army general and former secretary of state, has joined the board of directors at Salesforce.com.
He is on the Council on Foreign Relations’ board of directors and chairs the board of visitors of the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at the City College of New York.
Sarah Thomas will now lead Deloitte’s health solutions center having previously served as vice president of public policy and communications at the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
She has also worked for the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, Congressional Budget Office and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Mike Lipski is now the VP of business development for Huntington Ingalls Industries’ shipbuilding division.
“Our future depends on effectively acquiring and executing new business,” said Brian Cuccias, VP for program management at Ingalls Shipbuilding and its incoming president.
