At Booz Allen, Nancy Leben will become EVP and general counsel, joining the McLean,Va.-based firm from AECCOM Technologies.
Previously, Leben worked in the law department of IBM and was deputy general counsel at Accenture.
At Chantilly, Va.-based TASC, Mark Bruno has been appointed VP of the global systems business unit.
He is a 20-year company veteran who has held roles in space systems engineering, systems development and program management.
Bruno previously worked for HRB Singer, which is now part of Raytheon.

At BAE Systems, two Lockheed veterans have been named VP’s within the intelligence and security sector.
Manish Parikh, an IT management and software veteran, will serve as VP for strategy and emerging markets.
Joanna Cangianelli will become VP for strategy and business development at BAE Systems.
At CAE USA, Raymond Duquette has been appointed general manager and president.
Duquette served in the military for 29 years as a fighter pilot and later a Marine Corps reserve officer.

Gene Colabatistto, CAE group president of military products, training and services, said Duquette built relationships with customers and gained knowledge of the defense market over the course of his career.

Duquette also worked for Boeing earlier in his career.
