A Note From Our President & Founder Jim Garrettson
The U.S. military’s chief weapons buyer said this week that the Pentagon will adopt a similar approach to that of the 1970s in a move to explore new technologies.

Frank Kendall told a Crystal City audience that this effort will help inform the next budget cycle as “it’s time to kind of rethink what’s going to give us dominance in the future.”

Research and development spending in the military enterprise will be forefront on the agenda at the Potomac Officers Club‘s “DOD Research & Development” event Tuesday, where Kendall will be one of several speakers that will overview how the military plans to approach R&D and the role of the GovCon industry in this effort.
