Prior to HP, Kinney was the principal scientist at Northrop Grumman’s cyberspace solutions center.

Todd Morris serves as vice president and business area director for homeland security and law enforcement for SRA International where he is responsible for all aspects of program execution, business strategy and growth, personnel management and financial management for SRA’s portfolio of work in support of the DHS as well as the state and local homeland security organizations.
Morris’s business area includes 580 SRA personnel in both CONUS and OCONUS locations supporting 72 active contracts generating $162M a year in revenue.
The more than 25-year industry veteran joined SRA in 2004 through SRA’s acquisition of Orion Scientific Systems, where he had been employed since 1990.
From 1997-2001 he also served as President of ScienceServer LLC, a joint venture between Orion Scientific Systems and Elsevier Science, the world’s largest scientific publisher.
