TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 14, 2017 — Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has hired a former partner at the Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson law firm as the government contractor’s executive vice president and general counsel, GovCon Wire reported Thursday.
Jerald Howe Jr. will succeed current EVP and General Counsel Vincent Maffeo, who will retire July 15 but continue to work with Leidos as a consultant, the company said Thursday.
