mitrelogoTYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 16, 2016 — Mitre has appointed Mike Rogers, former representative of Michigan’s eighth congressional district, and Cathy Minehan, managing director of Arlington Advisory Partners, to its board of trustees, GovCon Wire reported Tuesday.
“The insights Mr. Rogers brings to Mitre from his experience in cybersecurity and intelligence will strengthen our ability to serve the public interest and our sponsors,” Alfred Grasso, Mitre president and CEO, said in a statement released Thursday.
“[Minehan’s] strong background in business and management will be enormously valuable in supporting Mitre’s mission,” Grasso added.
Roger and Minehan will work with John Hamre, current president of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, who has been elected as chairman of Mitre’s board of trustees.
