Erik Buice is Northrop Grumman’s vice president of  health systems management and oversees 2 dozen programs and approximately 800 total staff working on IT systems for federal clients.
Before his current role, he worked for a number of small, medium and large firms in the business and IT consulting arena including American Management Systems, CGI, Patriot Technologies, ICF International and Vangent (now General Dynamics).
Erik studied Mechanical Engineering at UVA and earned a Masters in Business Administration from George Mason University.

Kristie Cunningham serves as senior vice president of communications for BAE Systems, Inc.
In this role, she is responsible for leading all external and internal communications activities, developing and executing communications strategies and delivering messages across all media and distribution channels.
The 20-year communications veteran joined BAE Systems in May of 2010 as vice president of employee engagement.
Prior to BAE, she served as a director of communications at Northrop Grumman, where she oversaw marketing communications, executive and employee communications and media relations.
Cunningham has also worked at AOL, and has held various communications positions at MCI WorldCom, the Personal Communications Industry Association and the Washington Times.
Cunningham has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from James Madison University.
