Tom Anderson Named COO at STG

Tom Anderson has been appointed COO at STG, where he will be responsible for managing the company’s operations and driving new business.

The 30-year federal IT veteran most recently served as president of the science, technology and engineering group at Wyle.

Anderson also spent six years at CSC and was president of a 3,500 employee group focused on delivering science and technology products to civil agencies and services organizations.

He began his career at Boeing and also worked for Northrop Grumman and Raytheon before joining CSC.

Krisstie Kondrotis Appointed Northrop Info Systems BD VP

Krisstie Kondrotis has become VP of business development for Northrop Grumman’s information systems sector and will be responsible for securing business opportunities and overseeing partnerships.

The 25-year defense industry veteran was previously EVP of BD at CACI and VP of BD and strategy for General Dynamics Information Technology’s intelligence solutions division.

Kondrotis also worked at Lockheed Martin for 20 years in BD, systems engineering and acquisition management positions.

Andrew Bryden Joins SRA as VP of Comm, Public Affairs

Andrew Bryden has been named VP of communications and public affairs at SRA International.

The 18-year marketing and communications veteran held a number of responsibilities at Sotera Defense Solutions where he was VP of marketing and communications including branding, social media strategy, internal and external communications and international marketing.

Bryden has also held senior roles at Global Strategies Group, Cable & Wireless and World Telecom.

Kristie Cunningham Elevates to BAE Comm SVP

Kristie Cunningham has been promoted to SVP of communications at BAE Systems Inc., where she will lead internal and external communications.

The 20-year communications veteran served as communications director at Northrop Grumman before joining BAE in 2010.

Cunningham has also held communications roles at AOL, MCI WorldCom, the Personal Communications Industry Association and the Washington Times.

She succeeds John Suttle, who now serves as SVP of international business development at BAE Systems Inc.

Susan Balaguer Heads to ASRC Federal as HR VP

Susan Balaguer has been appointed VP of human resources at ASRC Federal where she will lead the company’s HR programs and recruiting and managing talent.

The 25-year industry veteran previously served as EVP of business services at VT Group where she partnered with operating business units and management personnel to develop recruitment strategies.

Balaguer served as HR director at Raytheon Technical Services prior to her VT role.

She will also conduct employee relations, succession planning and shareholder development programs in her new role.
