Executive Mosaic’s weekly round-up of news is a can’t-miss, digestible snapshot of the GovCon industry covering the biggest executive moves, mergers & acquisitions and contracts straight from the pen of one of GovCon’s most respected facilitators and sources of breaking news, Jim Garrettson.
This week, the newsletter contained major executive moves at QinetiQ NA and MorganFranklin Consulting, a subsidiary launch by Intelligent Decisions and a major contract win by General Dynamics.
Dr. Andrew will be the new EVP and general manager of the technology solutions division at QinetiQ.
JD Crouch, QinetiQ NA CEO, said Rogers will use his experience in defense, security and commercial offerings to support high technology R&D and product development.
The other executive move is 29-year Arthur Andersen veteran C.E. Andrews being named CEO of MorganFranklin Consulting.
“C.E. Andrews has seen growth in our industry from all sides and that experience is what we need,” said company co-founder Ron Morgan.
Both Morgan brothers and fellow founder Rob Franklin will remain active in the company in advisory and directorial roles.
