This week, the newsletter contained major executive moves at LexisNexis and FCi Federal, the sale of CSC’s applied technology division and a major government-wide mobile contract. 
Arlington, Va.-based PAE will acquire CSC’s applied technology division for $175 million.
This sale will be CSC’s sixth divestiture in seven months and PAE will add the unit’s military and space testing and training services with the transaction which is expected to close this summer.
The General Servcies Administration has signed a deal with four mobile providers to centralize government-wide wireless service plans under one contract vehicle. 
“As budgets tighten, our customers want more flexibility to find much needed cost savings with wireless services and devices,” said Kay Kapoor, president of AT&T’s government solutions business about the large contract.

In the first executive move, Bill Milligan has joined FCi Federal as VP of business operations and CFO.
Milligan is a Washington Business Journal “CFO of the Year” awardee and served as VP and CFO at High Performance Technologies prior to this appointment.
In other executive news, Alisoun Moore is the new director of healthcare strategy and development for LexisNexis’ risk solutions business.
Haywood Talcove, LexisNexis special services CEO, said Moore understands the role of identity management and public records in healthcare.
