David Melcher, Exelis CEO, said Drew joined the company in January 2013 and she has been a key asset to the senior leadership team since then.
She has previously held leadership roles at Northrop Grumman and TASC.
CNSI will continue to support Los Alamos National Laboratory by performing telecommunications services.

Dell Services Federal Government has been tapped by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to build and implement a cloud computing system.
“NRC has strict standards and requirements that its systems must support in order to carry out its vital regulatory oversight mission,” said George Newstrom, VP of the Dell Services Federal Group.
General Dynamics IT will support the Defense and Veteran Brain Injury Center under a $138 million contract.
Marcus Collier, senior vice president of the health and civilian services division for GDIT, said the company intends to deliver healthcare services to military members and support core programs at the DVBIC.
Various GDIT workers will be stationed at 15 medical treatment facilities across the U.S.
Noblis bought a business unit from Exelis which does work on an FAA contract.
“We look forward to new opportunities to partner to meet the demands of today’s complex, dynamic, and challenging aviation transportation environment,” said David Fastabend, vice president of Exelis’ advanced information systems business.
