In other Serco news, Rupert Soames will be named CEO of the company, effective June 1.

Robert Gaylord has been named president of L-3 Communications maritime systems business.
He was previously SVP and general manager of global security solutions and joined the firm in 2010.
Gaylord is a veteran of Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems.
Hughes Network Systems has named John Moberly a senior director who will be responsible for business development and strategy functions.
“John brings unparalleled knowledge of the unique technology and SATCOM requirements facing today’s military and intelligence communities,” said Rick Lober, vice president and general manager of Hughes defense and intelligence systems division.
