While in charge of CGI’s around $4 billion business in North America, Schindler also represents CGI in many external capacities, and has participated several times in job growth forums in conjunction with the White House.

George-SchindlerSchindler also serves as a trustee for the Committee for Economic Development; as  a director at the Nortern Virginia Technology Council and TechAmerica; and sits on the business advisory board for George Mason University’s School of Engineering’s Department of Applied Information Technology, among other posts.
The former president of CGI, U.S., and president of CGI Federal has previously been recognized as a Top100 leader by Federal Computer Week.
As for the future, he sees a changing landscape afoot, and helped CGI being its investment in “areas like cloud, cyber and healthcare ahead of the demand,” Schindler said.
“We are just starting to see the power of technology being harnessed to better serve citizens, customers, and society, so it’s an exciting time to be part of an industry that is transforming at a record pace.”
