TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 4, 2016 — Dell Technologies‘ federal services business has secured an $88 million blanket purchase agreement from the National Science Foundation for information technology and help desk services, GovCon Wire reported Monday.
The company said Monday the BPA covers first-call resolution services for approximately 250,000 customers and support for 1,850 on-site and remote users.
