This week, the newsletter contained major news at CACI Int’l, Northrop Grumman, ICF and CSC.
At CACI, two executives have joined the firms business development team and will report to CEO Ken Asbury.
The two new leaders include Donald Fulop, a 20-year Lockheed veteran and Susan Zimmerman, an SAIC and QinetiQ veteran.
Also at CACI, Tony Hess has become the SVP of the company’s healthcare solutions group within the federal civilian solutions business unit. 
The 22-year industry veteran was previously a group VP at Unisys.

In other GovCon news, Northrop Grumman appointed Mark Cleary to lead supply chain management for the electronic systems sector.
He is a 34-year company veteran and most recently served as director of business management.
Also, Mary Whitley, ICF SVP, commented on a recent $72 million contract that ICF International won with NIH.
The contract is meant to support NIH’s electronic research administration which hands out 190,000 grants per year.
She said that NIH and ICF have worked together for more than 10 years.
The final story in the newsletter concerned Dr. Robert Wah of CSC being named president of the American Medical Association.
He currently serves as chief medical officer at CSC.
Andrea Fiumicelli, CSC VP for the healthcare industry, said Wah’s term as AMA president coincides with efforts to implement the Accountable Care Act and he will work to help CSC and its clients gain insights into healthcare trends.
