James Koenig has become privacy and identity theft practice at Booz Allen Hamilton and will also lead cybersecurity work in the commercial health market.
“As organizations unlock the opportunities of so-called ‘big data,’ leaders also need to strike the crucial balance between privacy, security, national security and business objectives,” said Reggie Van Lee, Booz Allen EVP.
QinetiQ North America will build robots for Iraq’s military under a $20 million foreign sales agreement.
In other executive news, Matthew Worrick has become vice president of contracts at Whitney, Bradley and Brown.
The 25-year contracting veteran has previously served in leadership roles at CACI International and Athena Innovative Solutions.

QinetiQ North America will build robots for Iraq’s military under a $20 million foreign sales agreement.
J.D. Crouch, QNA CEO, said the Reston, Va.-based company will build the robots to help Iraq protect its military, first responders and civilians from IEDs.
There are more than 4,00 of the robots currently in use worldwide and they are also intended for reconnaissance missions.
In other news, MAXIMUS will operate a customer contact center for the Education Department’s Federal Student Aid office for $848 million.
MAXIMUS will also operate a correspondence intake facility, a unit for responding to borrowers’ inquiries and a financial transaction processing center.
