“Mark has outstanding credentials, with a background that includes USAF planning and strategy, and developmental engineering activities with complex space and missile systems,” said Mark Gray, Civergy chairman.
Owen has also held leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton and National Securities Technologies.
At Capstone Corporation, Neal Tomblyn has been appointed SVP of business development.
The 35-year industry veteran most recently served as BD director for Lockheed Martin’s transportation solutions business and has also held leadership roles at Harris Corp., Xerox, TCI and Reuters.
“His experience working with cutting edge technologies as well as high end services and solutions aligns well with Capstone’s strategic intent to be a technology, services and solutions leader in the education and training markets.” said Rich White, Capstone CEO.
