PAE has announced that former QinetiQ NA CIO John Lambeth has joined the Arlington, Va.-based PAE as CIO.
He has previously served as VP for Blackboard and is a 14-year veteran of Xerox.
At Lockheed Martin, former VA CIO Horace Blackman has been appointed VP of health and life sciences.
“Our teams safeguard crucial healthcare and personal data; enable clinical research through genomics and data analytics; support claims processing and disability examinations for millions of veterans,” said Stephanie Hill, VP and GM of Lockheed’s IS&GS civil business.

Danny Werfel, most recently IRS acting commissioner has been named Boston Consulting Group’s public sector practice director.
Werfel is a 16-year OMB veteran who served as both a deputy management director and federal controller at the agency.
At Inmarsat, Retired four-star general Robert Kehler has been named to the board of directors wherehe will serve on the remuneration committee.
Kehler is a 38-year military veteran who led STRATCOM earlier in his career.
Finally, Tim Shea has been promoted to VP of engineering at Dulles, Va.-based M.C. Dean.
Bill Dean, M.C. Dean president and CEO, said Shea will help grow the company’s footprint in the data center, healthcare, transportation and technology markets.
