The 15-year SAIC veteran has been in the industry for 27 years and also held leadership roles at Agilex Technologies and Vangent.
Mark Gerencser has become a member of the board at Sotera Defense Solutions in addition to his role as chairman of the board at Cyberspa.
He is a 30-year Booz Allen veteran who most recently served as head of the consulting practice in the financial, health and energy industries.
During his time at Booz Allen, Gerencser served on the board for six terms and helped to build the company’s homeland security business.

Dale Luddeke has been named SVP of strategy and business growth at STG.
Prior to this appointment, Luddeke was TASC’ chief growth officer and SVP.
Luddeke has also held leadership roles at CACI and CSC.
In other business news, John Hillen will serve as executive in residence and professor of practice at George Mason University.
“The School of Management and George Mason are uniquely connected in myriad ways to the innovation engines of the economy in the Washington, D.C. area,” he said.
He previously served as assistant secretary of state for political-military affairs.
