At ASRC Federal, Mark Gray has been named president and CEO after most recently serving as VP and GM of URS’ systems engineering and information solutions group.
Greg Resutek, who previously led business operations for URS Federal Systems division, was named COO and acting CFO at ASRC.
In other news around GovCon, Oz Garcia has been named senior director of government business development at Gobecomm Systems.
He most recently served as VP of intelligence programs at Harris CapRock Communications.
