At MBDA, Scott Webster has taken on the role of CEO, chairman and managing director of the company’s U.S. arm.
Formerly the co-founder of Orbital Sciences, Webster succeeds Jerry Agee who has led the U.S. arm of the English firm since 2009.
Tom Nixon has elevated to chief growth officer and EVP at SRA International and will continue in his role as SVP of the health group on an acting basis.
Nixon served as VP of marketing and business development for SAIC’s defense solutions group prior to joining SRA.

Jason Aiken is set to succeed the retiring Hugh Redd as CFO of General Dynamics on Jan. 1, 2014.
Phebe Novakovic, General Dynamics chairman and CEO, said Aiken played a key role at Gulfstream and holds knowledge of what a global business operation needs.
Lastly, Sean Berg will lead Dell’s DoD business team in one of three moves within Dell Federal’s leadership team.
Ray McDuffie will lead sales to the intelligence community and Tracy Pavillard will head the civilian sales organization.
