ManTech International made headlines this week when they announced they acquired professional service’s firm ALTA Systems.
Due to the acquisition, ManTech will inherit a prime position on a potential $4 billion Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services contract vehicle for enterprise systems development.
In other news, Lockheed Martin is undergoing a corporate realignment that will see CTO Dr. Ray Johnson will assume responsibility for the company’s operations and program management functions.
