TYSONS CORNER, VA June 25, 2015 — GovCon Wire reported Wednesday on CACI International being awarded a potential $59.8 million task order to help the U.S. Navy evaluate how its ships are maintained.
The work includes four years of modeling and analysis support for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center’s Maintenance Figure of Merit program to determine the impact of maintenance operations on mission readiness, CACI said Monday.
Ken Asbury, president and CEO of CACI and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2015, said the company sees the contract award as affirming its role as enabling defense decision makers who need the kind of information that help accomplish missions.
“One of the keys to CACI’s success is the strong relationships we build with customers like the SPAWAR Command,” he added.
