TYSONS CORNER, VA May 21, 2015 — GonCon Wire reported Thursday on Engility securing a $10 million contract to provide technical support for the U.S. Army’s Logistics Modernization Program Product Management Office.
The follow-on has a period of performance of one year and option to extend for nine months with work to occur in Virginia, New Jersey and other LMP sites, Engility said Wednesday.
“Logistics modernization is a cornerstone of the Army’s transformation to an agile expeditionary force and we are extremely proud to be their partner on this program,” said Engility’s President and CEO Tony Smeraglinolo, an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2015.
“We appreciate the Army’s confidence in our previous performance on LMP and look forward to continuing our work with members of the Army team.”
