Event Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy for Event Registrations:

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our participants to the best of our ability. Please review our event registration cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation within 24 Hours of Registration:
If you decide to cancel your event registration within 24 hours of completing the registration process, you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee (provided it is at least 72 hours from the event date).

2. Cancellation More Than One Month Before the Event:
If you choose to cancel your registration more than one month prior to the scheduled event date, you will be entitled to a full refund of your registration fee.

3. Cancellation Less Than One Month Before the Event:
For cancellations made less than one month before the event, we regret that we cannot offer a monetary refund. However, we will provide the following options:
– Credit for Future Event: You can receive a credit equivalent to the amount of your registration fee, which you can apply towards a future event organized by us.
– Transfer of Registration: You have the option to transfer your registration to another upcoming event organized by us. Please note that this transfer will be subject to availability and any potential price differences between the events.

– All cancellations and refund/credit requests must be submitted in writing to our designated email address or through our online registration system.
