Soon after the start of the 2014 year, Executive Mosaic’s leadership elected 100 executives and officials from across the GovCon landscape as the 2013 class of the Wash100, the premier group of leaders on both sides of the intersection of the private and public sectors.
Among the inductees was longtime industry change agent Chuck Prow of IBM, who has spent a career helping government and other customers improve their operations and better achieve their missions via accounting, consulting and technology.
Prow’s melding of big picture ideas, forward thinking and strategic execution has led him to his current work in technologies including predictive analytics, cloud computing and virtualized environments, which he looks to selectively apply where it can benefit government customers best.
“It is a fundamentally different model of driving technological capability into our government processes in such a way that they are more outcomes related versus inputs or costs related,” he told ExecutiveBiz.
The Wash100 is a group of private and public sectors officially elected by Executive Mosaic’s organizational and editorial leadership for demonstrating a consistent commitment to organizational excellence, and driving above-average value to the American public through strategic vision, innovation and achievement.
Executive Mosaic inducts new leaders each year, but the recognition is earned over a career of work.
Tysons Corner, Va.-based Executive Mosaic is the only cross-platform media company that captures leading GovCon Executives’ perspectives on the latest developments and significant activity across government and industry.
