Susan Chodakewitz serves as president of Tetra Tech AMT, a role she has held since 2006.
The SAIC and Booz Allen vet won the SmartCEO Magazine’s Brava Award (2012), and was named as one of the “2011 Women Who Mean Business” by the Washington Business Journal.
In her discussion with ExecutiveBiz, Chodakewitz the FAA’s NextGen project, expanding the company internationally and her background in Russian studies. 
“My background in Russian Studies coincided with the fall of the wall and the breaking up of the Soviet Union, so if that doesn’t give someone cause to question what their future career is going to look like, nothing will,” she said.

The other Q&A published was conducted with Michael Shrader, vice president of Carahsoft’s innovative and intelligence solutions business team.
The 8 1/2-year company veteran discussed the growth of big data in the government marketplace, Carahsoft’s growth since he began at the company and some of the company’s offerings.
“We’ve grown into a billion dollar company in just seven years so we know we’re doing a lot of things right for our vendor partners, resellers and our government customers,” he said.
