He has been inducted into the The Wash 100, a premiere group of executives from the government contracting industry handpicked by Executive Mosaic staff.
The more than 30-year intelligence veteran began at SAIC in 2011 after serving most recently as deputy director of the mission support directorate within the National Reconnaissance Office.

“Before, we were 1,000 flowers blooming and faced internal competition. Leidos now has optimized portfolios, shared resources and leveraged technology,” he added.
He began his government career as a counter-intelligence analyst in the Army and went on to hold leadership roles at the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency.
He also served as first Deputy Under Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security and the first Deputy Associate Director of the Secret Service.
