The website published a number of stories this week including pieces about the leadership at the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs.
Bob McDonald, former CEO at Procter & Gamble, has been nominated secretary of the VA where he succeeds Eric Shinseki.
“Prior to retirement, he navigated Procter & Gamble through the difficult post-financial-crisis years, where he expanded business in developing markets and made substantial progress improving the efficiency of the company’s internal operations,” said Jim McNerney, Boeing chairman and a P&G board member.
McDonald attended West Point and spent five years in the Army before entering the private sector.
