TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 26, 2016 — A General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) business unit will help establish, test and operate a contact center to support the U.S. Census Bureau‘s 2020 Census Questionnaire Assistance program under a $430 million contract, GovCon Wire reported Friday.
The company said Friday General Dynamics Information Technology will also provide training and systems integration services as well as its Customer Experience Platform in support of the contact center.
Marcus Collier, senior vice president of GDIT’s health and civilian solutions division, noted that the CQA program is an essential component of the upcoming 2020 Decennial Census.
