Hello, Guest!
Executive Mosaic’s weekly round-up of news is a can’t-miss, digestible snapshot of the GovCon industry covering the biggest executive moves, mergers & acquisitions and contracts straight from the pen of one of GovCon’s most respected facilitators and sources of breaking news, Jim Garrettson.
This week, the newsletter contained major executive appointments at BAE Systems, AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Cubic Corp., ManTech International, Ball Aerospace.
At BAE, Dave Herr was appointed executive vice president of the service sectors from his previous role as VP of support solutions.
In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for the intelligence and security and support solutions sectors to pursue opportunities in U.S. and international markets.
At AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Joe Kopfman was promoted to EVP of contracts and chief compliance officer.
The 35-year company veteran was formerly VP of contracts and administration and his new role will include leading the ethics and M&A programs at the company.

In more executive-centric news, Louis Addeo will become EVP for corporate development and strategic acquisitions at ManTech International.
He was previously president and COO of the technical services group and Daniel Keefe will succeed him in that role.
The last two announcement included in this weeks newsletter were leadership reorganizations at Cubic Corp. and Ball Aerospace.
Rob Strain, former Director of NASA’s Goddard Spaceflight Center, will succeed David Taylor as CEO of Ball.
Also, William Boyle has been elevated to president and CEO of Cubic Corp., a position he held on an interim basis due to the passing of founder Walter J. Zable.
The newsletter provides a glimpse into the vast amounts of excellent and insightful coverage Executive Mosaic introduces to executives through its media portfolio.
