Mark Gerencser was named chairman of the board at CyberSpa after he announced his retirement from Booz Allen Hamilton after 31 years. 
He co-founded the PC services firm CyberSpa in 2010.
He held a number of roles whil at Booz Allen including managing director of the global government business, six terms as a member of the board of directors, leader of the national security business and creator of the homeland security and commercial enterprise resilience practices.
At ASRC Federal, Bridget Medeiros has joined the firm as SVP of business development.
The 30-year industry veteran will manage capture and proposal functions and oversee corporate growth strategies.

Gerry Fasano has been named head of strategy and BD for Lockheed Martin’s IS&GS business.
He succeeds Paul Lemmo who was recently promoted to SVP of corporate strategy.
Fasano is a 29-year industry veteran who will now lead a team of 28,000 employees.
At VMware, Lynn Martin has become VP of the U.S. public sector group after joining the company a year ago as VP of professional servcies.
Martin is an HP veteran and will be based in VMware’s Reston, Va. office.
