This week, the newsletter contained major executive appointments at Serco, Fluor, CH2M Hill, Ball Aerospace and Northrop Grumman.
In the biggest news of the week and possibly of the month, Dan Allen has joined Serco’s U.S. subsidiary as CEO.
He succeeds Ed Casey who joined the firm in 2006 and who will now work at the parent company in England.
Bill Bodie has been named SVP of business development at Fluor’s government group.
He most recently served as EVP and global development business manager at Parson’s government services group.

In other executive news, Gregory Nixon has become SVP and chief legal officer at CH2M Hill.
The retired Air Force colonel most recently worked at DynCorp and worked in both the Clinton and Obama administrations.
Dave Kaufman has also begun a new executive role as he has been promoted to lead Ball Aerospace’s national unit where he will work to to develop acquisition strategies.
Kaufman previously served as a director in the comapny’s national security space organization.
At Northrop Grumman, Maureen Del Duca has been appointed VP and deputy general counsel for litigation and investigations.
She previously served as SVP, deputy GC and chief ethics and compliance officer at AOL.
