Louis Chabot was appointed a VP and technical architect for ManTech International’s mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group.
He most recently served as the head of DRC’s big data practice and currently serves as an adjunct professor at George Mason University.
At Northrop Grumman, Diane Balderson has been named VP of contracts and pricing.
“She has led a broad range of large contracting organizations and has executed complex business deals for both defense and civil agencies,” said James Palmer, Northrop CFO and a corporate VP, about Balderson.
The 33-year acquisition veteran held a number of leadership roles at the EPA before serving at NAVAIR.

Thomas Vecchiolla will become the president of Raytheon International Inc., where he will oversee the missile maker’s DC.-based international business team.
“Tom’s impressive depth of industry knowledge and strong customer relationships, combined with his political expertise and military background, provide him with a strong foundation to advance Raytheon’s focus on global growth and customer success,” said John Harris, Raytheon International CEO.
At Cubic Corp., Bradley Feldmann will succeed Bill Boyle as CEO.
“Having worked with Brad for many years, I know that he is the right leader at the right time for Cubic,” Executive Chairman Walter C. Zable said.
Feldmann first joined Cubic in 1989 and returned to the company in 2008.
