Calhoun is a 35-year industry veteran who worked at Vangent as well as serving as COO at two other firms earlier in his career.
Robert Carey has ben named a VP and GM at CSC where he will lead the firm’s cybersecurity business.
He most recently served as principal deputy chief information officer at the DoD and was CIO for the Department of the Navy earlier in his career.

At OMNIPLEX, Gerry Decker was named chief growth officer.
“This is a newly created position for the OMNIPLEX organization and demonstrates our commitment to growing our business through continuing to diversify our capabilities and customer base,” saidMike Santelli,OMNIPLEX president.
Decker is an industry veteran and has held leadership roles at DynCorp International,McNeil Technologies,CSC, AECOM and SRA International.
Finally, Sally Wallace was appointed president of the C4ISR group at DRS Technologies.
The 20-year veteran most recently served as VP of operations for the Finmeccanica subsidiary’s maritime and combat systems businesses.
