Keith Littlefield has been named CTO at TASC where he will be responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy and its R&D and technical fellows programs.
He previously served as CIO at NGA and spent a total of 30 years at the agency.
“Keith will use his deep insight into our customers’ technical challenges and the federal acquisition process to help TASC anticipate and respond quickly to emerging customer needs,” said David Langstaff, president and CEO of TASC.
Intelligent Decisions has named Jim Freund VP of planning and strategy for enterprise sales.
Freund will oversee cloud, collaboration, remote expert, virtualization and BYOD offerings in his new role.

In other executive news this week, Milou Carolan was appointed Northrop Grumman VP of HR and administration for the information systems sector.
Denise Peppard, corporate VP and chief HR officer for Northrop, said Carolan is a seasoned HR leader and has experience in both the public and private sectors.
At CCSi, Maggie Bauer has assumed the SVP of health services.
In her new role, Bauer oversee growth and operations of the company’s health services portfolio which covers military, veteran and public health agencies.
“As CCSi continues to expand into the federal health market, I look forward to leveraging my federal contracting expertise and providing leadership to make a greater impact,” Bauer said.
