This week, the newsletter contained major executive moves at USIS, QinetiQ NA, Salient and TASC.
At USIS, Jeremy Wensinger will become the firm’s president of global security and solutions and will lead a team of 3,000 workers supporting national security missions.
The former GTSI COO will again pair up with Sterling Phillips, who recently joined USIS as CEO after serving in that same role at GTSI.
Mark Hewitt has been appointed EVP and chief strategy officer at QinetiQ NA, where he will develop strategies and oversee innovation programs.
“Mark will play a central role in assessing our core markets, crafting our business strategy, identifying new opportunities and driving growth,” said J.D. Crouch, QinetiQ CEO.

In other news, Sujey Edward and Sheri Neely have joined Fairfax, Va.-based Salient Solutions to serve as VPs of Salient’s agile center of excellence and mission critical software development.
Bill Parker,COO, said the additions of the two executives are aimed at boosting the team’s focus on technology integration.
Finally, at TASC, Cliff Greenblatt has been named VP and general counsel where he will lead the company’s ethics and compliance activities.
He joined the Chantilly, Va.-based firm in 2010 as deputy general counsel and will continue to provide legal support to the company’s business operations in his new role.
