Tony Hess serves as SVP of the healthcare solutions group within CACI‘s federal civilian solutions business unit and was previously vice president and managing partner for the healthcare and natural resources group at Unisys Federal Systems.
Hess was previously SVP and general manager of the health solution business unit of SAIC.
Hess has also held several executive positions at IBM and spent 12 years of his career in scientific, management and executive roles at the Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory operated by Battelle Memorial Institute’s government sector.

Richard Montoni serves as president, CEO and board member at MAXIMUS where he is responsible for driving the company’s mission of helping government serve the people, while leading the strategic vision of the Company.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Montoni spent four years as chief financial officer and treasurer of MAXIMUS and has also served as CFO and EVP for CIBER.
Before joining CIBER, he was an audit partner with KPMG nearly 20 years.
