At MTSI, Kevin Robinson has been promoted to president and CEO of the Alexandria, Va.-based company.

Robinson joined MTSI in 1997 and became VP of strategic development in 2008, focusing on unmanned systems and missile defense programs.

David Magnone has become Capstone Corp’s chief technology officer where he will introduce new technology offerings and provide technical vision and leadership.
“Dave brings both depth and breadth in the information solutions domain to the Capstone team,” Rich White, Capstone CEO, told GovCon Wire.

Previously, Magnone has worked at firms that include ITT, Harris Corp, Northrop Grumman, GTE Government Systems and CGI.
