A profile was also written about Air Force Major General Wendy Masiello, who is the assistant secretary for contracting.
The 32-year Air Force veteran served as program executive officer for combat and mission support prior to her current role.
She served as principal assistant for contracting forces in Iraq and Afghanistan between 2005 and 2006.
