This week, the biggest news the website covered was the announcement that Dr. S. Gulu Gambhir has been appointed to the role of corporate CTO at Leidos.
The former acting chief technology officer at Leidos will lead the company’s technology office and work with science and technology organizations to target investments and to develop and recruit technical talent.
Gambhir worked to help national security customers identify and define technology priorities and was responsible for aligning internal research and development with business growth opportunities in his last role as sector CTO at the company.
He joined SAIC in 2009 and served as a sector CTO for four years and most recently held that role for SAIC’s national security sector.
Gambhir previously served as director of TASC‘s science and technology operating unit while that company was part of Northrop Grumman.
