Frank Kendall serves as undersecretary of defense for acquisition, technology and logistics and is uniquely qualified to speak on the subject because of his critical role at the Defense Department.
Robert Hale is undersecretary of defense (comptroller) and chief financial officer for the DoD where he possesses oversight over the budget and all expenditures.
Jim McAleese is the founder of McAleese &Associates, a firm which provides legal and consulting services to help organizations understand federal contracting requirements.
Pierre Chao serves as the managing partner and co-founder of Renaissance Strategic Advisors, where he advises aerospace and defense firms on corporate strategy and M&A transactions.
Stephen Fuller is the Director at the Center for Regional Analysis and professor at George Mason University where he recently focused his attention on the effects sequestration would have on employment in the Washington, D.C. area.
