Crouch is the former U.S. Ambassador to Romania and joined QinetiQ in 2007 after a distinguished and broad career in pubic service that saw him elevate to the role of Deputy National Security Advisor.
The doctor in international relations is a two-time recipient of the Defense Department’s Distinguished Public Service Medal and served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy from 2001 to 2003.
