Pamela Drew will join ITT Exelis on March 31 as president of the McLean, Va.-based contractor’s information systems business area.
The former SVP of strategic capabilities and technology at TASC will succeed the retiring Mike Wilson and lead the development of products for defense and intelligence systems, air traffic management, homeland defense and other areas.

Drew has previously held executive roles with Boeing and Northrop Grumman, where she focused on C4ISR business capture as a sector VP of business development.  
Lloyd Howell to Succeed Jimmy Henry as Booz Allen Civilian Lead

Lloyd Howell, a Booz Allen Hamilton executive vice president, will succeed the retiring Jimmy Henry as head of the civilian business on April 1.
Henry has served Booz Allen for 26 years and leads 30 market executive and senior vice presidents, 25 market vice presidents and 80 market principals in his EVP role.

Howell has been with the company for almost two decades and previously led the strategy and organization function from 2005 to 2009 before becoming client service officer for financial services. 
Howell also serves on the company’s leadership team and is chairman of its ethics and compliance committee. 
30-Year IBM Vet Anne Altman Elevates to U.S. Federal Lead 
Anne AltmanAnne Altman has elevated to general manager for IBM‘s U.S. federal government business.
Since 2009, Altman has served as GM for IBM’s global public sector, where she has been responsible for strategy, direction, development and sales.
The more than three-decade company vet has also worked as a systems engineer and led the company’s server hardware business before joining the global public sector business.   
Laura Miller, Former VA Healthcare COO, Joins HP as Public Sector Principal

Laura Miller has joined HP Enterprise Services as healthcare client principal for the U.S. public sector.
Miller, a former chief operating officer forthe Department of Veterans Affairs‘ healthcare system, will work with clients such as the VA, theMilitary Health System and the Department of Health and Human Services.
In the four years prior to joining HP, the 30-year public health veteran was senior vice president and COO at the nonprofit National Quality Forum.
