SAIC announced the new executives for its two independent publically-traded companies.
The $7B national security, health and engineering solutions business is the larger of the two, and current SAIC CEO John Jumper will be its CEO.
Current COO Stu Shea will become president and COO of the new company, while the new CFO will be Mark Sopp.
Vince Maffeo will become general counsel and Joe Craver will become the sector president of health, engineering & commerce to round out the leadership group.

The $4B government technical services and enterprise IT business will be led by Tony Moraco, current president of SAIC’s ISR group.
Because of Moraco’s appointment, the national security, health and engineering solutions business will conduct a search for a new executive to serve as president of the national security sector.
Other executive appointments for the smaller company include:

· Tom Baybrook, Chief of Administration and Operations
· John Hartley, CFO
· Deborah Lee James, Sector President – Technical Services
· Nazzic Turner, Sector President – Enterprise IT
The changes are supposed to take by the second half of fiscal year 2014.
