TYSONS CORNER, VA March 10, 2015 — Executive Mosaic — GovCon Wire reported Monday on Maximus’ $300 million cash deal for Falls Church, Virginia-based Acentia, an acquisition the Reston company intends to leverage in its bid to extend its presence in the government market space.
Acentia offers software development, system modernization and program management services to health and civilian agencies, including the Agriculture, Commerce and Health and Human Services departments.
